Eu servers

Hey...
I'm from Switzerland and when i connect to a eu server (saplings,varied) or an eu server 1,2,3,4,5....i can't connect....

it always come: java.net.SocketException:Host is down. And in the list is always : can't reach server..and when i connect with direct connect...then it don't connect

Help me please
