Essentials Problem

I just got essentials for my server and when I do /pl a couple of the essential files are red. Also when I try to do an essential command it doesn't work. Please help!

I might be a little late but for anyone who is still wondering, all you have to do is back everything up then delete everything, theres nothing wrong with essentials, sometimes the server starts the read some things wrong, what I mean by that is the server starts to think you don't have the dependent plugins installed and decides to disable itself
