Dropped Items?

Howdy, I was playing a game when I came across a pile of dropped stuff.
You're probably wondering whats so wrong about it, well...
There was a diamond sword, a diamond, and a whole lot of iron armor and gold armor and stuff.
Well, except for the fact that this was in the beginning of the round as well and I doubt people would had have all that stuff 2 minutes in

Well, I thought it was a glitch so I decided to put it here

some ingots to be in a place 2 minutes in the game

Probably someone who just rushed to all of the chests that he put on reis minimap. Just be happy you found it and then kick everyone's butt

Could be a bug actually. What my guess of what happened is. There were 3 people left. One person got killed by a creeper and all there stuff dropped in the spot you found it. Then the other 2 people went to death match and killed each other right off the bat. Then a new game launched and you some how managed to get to there stuff before it despawned.
