Donor transfer

I remember that not too long ago there was the option, on the Upgrade section of the forums, to transfer donor to another count. Since I'm permabanned my donor perks aren't doing me any good - any chance anyone could tell me what happened to that and how I can get it transferred to a friend?

They no longer do donor transfers for exactly that reason. They didn't want people having donor transferred when they have been banned. QA;TL
