Donor not appearing?

Hi, I just bought diamond donor about 10-20 minutes ago. So far I have not received it and I heard the maximum wait time was 5 minutes. Please help me ;-; I can provide proof of purchase ( not the actual screen with my information - the screen that thanks you for buying donor, etc)
