Donor gone PLUS 1000 points missing

Well my IGN, In game name, is JudgementxDay and for some odd reasons my points have gone down by 1000 and i dont have my donor....I read the donate page and i dont see where it says it runs out or im blind Plus idk how i lost both 1000points and my donor in one day...this is 9/24/12 and during 9/23/12 I had all my points which I should of had and i had donor.....Soo please help me and thx
