Donor gift...Issue?

My friend Xeroksha gifted me iron at about 7 EST yesterday.
My other friend also bought the donor rank iron at roughly the same time, he got his instantly while it has been 17 hours for me and still nothing. (I am aware its 24 hours max wait time)
I was wondering if we screwed up somehow ?
I am pretty sure we entered everything correctly, if there is no issue i will wait patiently for it to come about. i just found it weird my friend got it instantly while, as i said i am waiting still after i think 17 hours.
Does gifts take longer than flat out donating?
I also have a screenshot of his payment (he had me screenshot the results while we were on skype through screen-share)
