Donor can't join full game??

Hello everyone I have noticed that I have not been able to join full games for about the past month or so. I am a platinum donor and I do not understand the issue. If you have any information I'd love to hear it. ( I haven't played mcgamer for about 3 months so if I missed something please do not call me an idiot thanks)

You haven't missed anything, it might just be a bug. I will notify the staff team and we'll get right on fixing it. c:

It could be due to games 'over filling' I would recommend trying to join not full games until this is fixed. c;
