What you need to do is to email
[email protected] and explain your problem to them. Make sure that you give them a screenshot of your receipt from paypal or the email confirmation you received. Be sure to include your IGN, date of purchase and email used to purchase the donor account.
They will help investigate your case and will try their best to resolve it.
