I am trying to buy donator on my account and after I click add to cart, it asks for my username again, and when I enter it, it takes me back to the home of the donation page, then I click on the "Premium Upgrades" tan again, then it makes me enter my name, again. Once again, I try to buy my rank and it does the same thing. What do I do?

Hmph, that's certainly kinda funky. Something I myself don't necesarily have a solid explanation for, but it could be a buycraft issue.

On that note, I just tried buying iron for my alt. account and it worked just fine. I have no idea what the issue is but it seems to be on your side

This also happened to me before when I tried buy Diamond donor. Try using a different web browser that worked for me!

Try going to the forums page (http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/pages/upgrade/) instead of the main shop (http://shop.mcgamer.net) or visa versa.

Clearing all your cookies and browsing data could help, if you want a quick-fix, you can change your browser.
