it'll take a few more minutes try in 10 minutes that happened to me aswell so don't worry

That shouldn't be happening, see:

You have iron donor. I don't know how to help you from here, your best bet is to contact support.

Are you sure you're joining the right servers? You only have donor priority on the US servers (the servers beginning with US in their name). If you are, the donor system is buggy at the moment but it is being worked on
