I Donated for diamond on saturday 2/15/2014 5:02 pm and have been waiting almost 31 hours to recive my rank i also emailed the support team 1 hour after i didint get it so they havent awnsered for 30 hours i have a screen shot of the confirmation of me donating -removed link-

I removed the link to the screenshot because all your personal information could be seen by everybody. About your issue, you did the right thing contacting support. The support team usually takes up to 1-3 business days to respond though. So please be patient. I'm sure they'll get to you soon.
