Does ANYONE know the name of this song???

You wanna know how low ive become trying to look for this song?
Low enough to ask on a forum, I mean that's pretty low right?

So this is the song ive tried looking for which BajanCanadian used in one of his earlier Hunger Games videos. Ive been trying for 5 months, yes 5 MONTHS... to find it, and I wouldn't say ive got nowhere... I mean Ive found out him and Jerome used a lot of content from machinimasound at the time, looked through everyone of their videos, got nowhere. I've tried recording it with Shazam, removing Bajan's rambling with Audacity and then recording again (both times failed, screw you Shazam) and im going as far to look for any songs that fall under the category of 8-bit dubstep, which is what this song is... I don't know where else to look.
