Do I need to download the zoom downloader on the side to play?

On the side of my screen on minecraftsurvivalgames.com there is something that you can download called the zoom downloader. I already have minecraft on my computer and I was wondering if i need to download that because I dont know where to put the server address in to join one and I cant find any place to put it.

You certainly don't need this mate, I think it's an ad by google. Anyway here take a look at this starters guide, it'll detail everything you will need to get started EVERYTHING.
