Dispute Deleted?

So very recently, I mistaking got banned, and I made a dispute in the section. I used the template and answered all the questions, but it just got deleted. I checked on it this morning, then I went to school. After school, I check the dispute and it was gone. I would like to know wether or not my case has been resolved or anything? I'd like a Moderator to view this if possible
