Different stages of chests?

Ok, so when you clicked this you probably thought, "It's some noob that doesn't know what Tier 1 and Tier 2 chests are." Well I do, and there's something that I've noticed relating to those chests. I feel like some Tier 1 chests will 90% of the time have some kind of wepon from a wooden axe, to a stone sword. And then there's some that have terrible stuff like a bone, or raw flesh. This applies to Tier 2 aswell. Your thoughts? I think this relates to the position of the chest.

Lol, it's just random, some chests have poo poo stuff in there, some have good stuff. It's luck of the draw.
