Hi! I purchased diamond donor last night (the servers were in maintenance if that helps) and I still do not have my diamond donor. The purchase showed up on my visa card and I received the email telling me what I purchased from this website. I would REALLY appreciate it because I do not want to waste 60$. Thanks!

Donorship usually happens immediately on the forums, but it can take some time in-game. If it has been 24 hours and it still hasn't come through you should e-mail [email protected] with your In game name , forum name, what donor you bought.
