Diamond Donor Issues

I have diamond donor on the fourmns but it still hasnt added it to my character in game, it seems odd that it would be a mistake since i have it on the fourmns and have bought donor many times, just think its a glitch, and asking if i can get it fixed

How long ago did you buy diamond donor? it can take up to 24 hours for it to show up in game. Also, is your forums name the EXACT same as your in game name?
