Diamond donor exchange

I own a Minecraft two.
One of them, but a diamond donor.
It is, but I'd like to continue to work in another account in the future.
Can I move to another account on the donor?

At the moment we are not accepting any rank transfers. It might come back in the future but I have no confirming information about this.
