Hello SonAndree, I am no staff member but I do know how to turn your email notification, off. You click on your little person icon in the top right of the website and click contact details. Scroll down a bit and you will see something about emails and if you want to get emails from the forums. I hope I helped you!

You can go here: http://www.mcgamer.net/account/preferences and you can select your preferences for different alert notifications.
Also, if it comes to a point where you would like your forums profile deleted, you can private message an admin ( or email [email protected] ) and ask them to delete your account.
