Death when log in?

Sometimes when i log in to a server i die right away, is it a bug or something?

This is because when you died last on that server, you pressed title screen instead of Respawn. Always Remember to press Respawn so this doesn't happen

If you die ingame and you exit the server without clicking respawn, then you die and dc the next time you log into that server. This was what happened to me.
