It just doesn't look good... And it really isn't up to standard...

For one it looks like you just generated a regular minecraft world, and secondly the buildings aren't really up to standard. Add more detail to the buildings, add more structures, actually terraform the world, and make sure your buildings are all connected to one theme. Good luck!
