4. Do you have any MCBans?(If So Explain):
Yes, i have been banned on mcsg.in Survival Games servers. It was about 8 month's ago and it was for disrespect against a moderator and on MCBans the moderator who banned me shows no proof of it, but yes it did happen and i remember it perfectly and it was not how the Mod put it.
5. Do you have any bans on our servers?(If so, explain. If you have had a successful ban dispute, please provide a link):
Yes, i have been banned on mcsg.in Survival Games servers. It was about 8 month's ago and it was for disrespect against a moderator and on MCBans the moderator who banned me shows no proof of it, but yes it did happen and i remember it perfectly and it was not how the Mod put it.

Never.
7. How would you punish players for breaking the rules?:
I would kick/ban player's for certain time periods or forever, based on their crime.
8. Why do you believe you are qualified to be a moderator?:
I think i am qualified to be a Mod because i've played SG on MCSG since the beginning of the server, right after the movie "Hunger Games" was released and i've learned the server and i think i can potentially help the server by cleaning out any hackers and etc.
9. In what ways would your presence benefit our staff team?:
I would help the players out with any question they migt have, and i would put consideration into any problem they have.
10. Do you have the ability to record video?:
Yes.
11. Do you own a microphone?:
Yes.
12. How much time a week are you willing to donate to help moderate our forums and servers?:
I would donate 5 Days a week. And 2-4 hours a day.
