I bought platinum that comes with 25k credits, but i also got 25k credits separately and it's been about 24 hours since i've got both. How can I contact support to get help, I dont want to waste my money, or chargeback.

If it's been 24 hours and you still haven't received your rank or credits, you can email [email protected] and explain the issue. They will get back to you as soon as possible and get that sorted out for you.
