crafting table problems

Hey all, since the update has anyone else had problems with the crafting tables? everytime i go to craft a sword or anything, when i up the sword its gives me all my original things back and no sword

Its a hacked version of CB 1.4.7. Crafting is glitched.

Use shift clicking or type one of the numbers at the top of your keyboard and your desired item on the crafting table will go into the slot you want it to go in.
