Crafting Derps

Since yesterday, I tried to craft items such as swords and arrows on MCSG.
However, the items came back to me or it was just thrown away.
I tested crafting on Single Player and on many other multiplayer servers.
I suspect this is probably a plug-in bug or a glitch.
Knowing such a huge update will cause bugs, can I just ask what is actually the case?
Some people said you have to :
1. Wait for 10 seconds before crafting
2. Do not change locations of items on your crafting table (3x3 or 2x2)
Hope it can be fixed if it IS actually a plug-in derp.

Thank you for this post. But please next time check the forums for other thread concerning the same problem. There have been a series of these and I didn't even bother to read yours because it probably says... The crafting is glitched and wont let me craft sad face.

Edit: I read it now, thank you for being about five hundred% more understanding then most other people that posted this complaint.
