I'm not sure if this is my end or not. It has never happened on these servers for me before.
Servers: 7 and 19
Stage of the game: In-game
Tributes/Spectators: 24
The last two games I have had a connection lost error. I unfortunately clicked out too fast, but I believe it said failed to bind with peer. The last game on server 7 had just started when it happened and in the previous match it occurred with 10 tributes left and about 15-20 minutes into the game.
[EDIT] It has happened three times now today. I was on server 19 again.
This is the full error:
