when i go in to the cornicopia and get my items i hold it in my hand and it disappears into no where pls fix this

There's nothing we can do about it, its client side lag. Basically, when you were looking in the chest, someone else was at the same time and grabbed the item just before you did, but lag made your Minecraft not register that the item has been picked up by someone else. That's why they disappear.

Easy ways to double-check is to either open a chest or your inventory again after closing the chest the first time, or scroll through your hotbar - 90% of the time, if you can switch to something in your hotbar, you actually have it.
