Confusion Over Fist Glitch

I'm confused to, there is debate over if it is only kickable or bannable. I go along with the policy of kick first, ban later if necessary. Before I kick I always make sure they're abusing it, i'll watch them religiously to make sure they're abusing it as I don't want mistakes to be made.
I think (if I'm correct) it follows the pattern of block glitching you get warned through /say before being kicked, then it's one hour, followed by 5 days and then finally perma. I don't know, I don't have much experience in fist glitchers.

i once died to a team both with full iron killing me with sticks and soup and then i thought how do u have full iron armor and NO weapons it was obviously abuse and i didn't have time to record them because they wouldn't stop chasing me
