I was just recently playing on the 120 tribute server, and the map was your Survival Games 4 by Variede. I managed to survive until the deathmatch, until it was just me and another player. During the time when other tributes were fighting, I climbed up the giant tree that grows inside the spawn area. I waited at the top, sniping tributes with my bow and arrow until it was just me and one other, so I could jump down into the water near the cornucopia and fight the remaining player one-on-one. When I jumped down into the water, we began to fight for about 3 seconds, but then suddenly the lightning struck me, saying: "Return to the spawn!" and dropped me down to 2 hearts, then getting killed by the remaining player. I believe this to be very unfair, and want it looked at so it can be fixed.

I hope you meant survival games 3? If so, this seems like a pretty big glitch!

I don't actually view this as a bad thing. If you where camping you kinda deserved it. Deathmatch is designed to be a fight to the death. If you where camping you deserved it as you where defeating the purpose.

I believe it is by the opening of the sewers. Or the crane, not sure, but I've seen it.

I'm assuming that you mean Survival Games 3, as this is the only map that's played on the 120 tribute server. Survival Games 4 has a construction-themed cornucopia and doesn't seem to co-ordinate with the scenario you've described above.

During Deathmatch, a decreasing radius around spawn forces tributes inward. If a tribute leaves this area they'll be struck with lightning. This feature is in place to stop players from running away from spawn and exhausting the entire Deathmatch as a game of cat and mouse. I understand your frustration, being that you lost the match, but it's important to consider that the purpose of Deathmatch is to have the remaining players fight to the death within a short period of time. Otherwise, matches of Survival Games might last forever!

In Survival Games 3, the decreasing radius actually moves into the water surrounding the cornucopia chests. You may need to modify your technique for this particular map in order to be successful. As an alternative, you might have considered dropping into the water behind the players, securing yourself on the centre island and volleying the remaining players back into the water.

I'm sorry you lost your match! Hopefully you can use this loss as a small lesson and continue racking up some massive wins! Hope to see you in-game!
