Community Survival Server (Feature Suggestion?)

Hey all you gamers, it's Cubes. By now, I'm sure all of you have at least heard of the MCGamer Survival server. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it. However, the constant PvP and fearing for your safety sort of takes away from the game. What if we were to develop a peaceful survival server? For instance, factions, land claims, and most of the other features would be included. One major difference though would be that there is no PvP. Basically, the only way to die would be PvE related. I think it would be awesome to make the best possible survival world, packed with community farms and extravagant builds.

I do understand that there could be problems. (Griefers)
This is just a thread to sort of get everyone's opinion on the idea. Let me know!
