Clearing Inventory Fast

Ok, so I'm fairly new to MCSG and Minecraft as a whole, and I'd like some help on this issue. I've seen it in numerous videos of people clearing their inventory of items very fast (with one click). How do you do it? It's very tedious and slow to drag and drop every item you don't want anymore out of your inventory and I'd like to know how to do this faster. Is it a mod they're using? Not sure.... any help is much appreciated.

Press Q over an item to drop it, if you want to drop a stacked item, press CTRL and Q simultaneously
