I recommend adding "name of village" "town hall level" to the template. Mine are Noah and a (nearly maxed) level 7 town hall.

I tried that on Hive a while back. Only three others joined, and that was all. It fell apart pretty quick. Nowadays there are a lot more players, but only a handful are willing to leave their clan and join a clan that might not even do well. I know I wouldn't leave mine, unless I got a second account...

We'll see how it goes eventually, hopefully there will be more people willing to participate!
