Clan Texture Pack

I was wondering if anyone was good at making texture packs, and would be willing to make our clan one. We would prefer if it was done by September 2nd cause that is when some people's school starts. Ok so we want it to be an edit of Justahotdog's texture pack. We want the fire to be green, blue hearts, and in the hotbar we want it to say BewareFTW.
