Cinema 4D Help

Ok, this is more a question I have. But, I will edit it to an art shop once I get the answer.
I just learned how to do Cinema 4D rigs, but I want to know how to add 3D hair. I saw videos, but none really helped for different skins. Let's say I need to make someone an avatar and their skin is this:

I know this is huge, but if the hair is 3D, how would I add that in Cinema 4D?
Once this question is answered, my shop will open
