• Basketball court in the backyard (this can be transported via oversized truck load )

This is of course under the assumption my family is making the move as well.

Clarification: When I say basketball court, I mean a slightly-less-than half court sized slab of concrete with a hoop, not like an entire court haha. That would be ridiculously expensive and space consiming.
