chests should have a difficulty level to them so the button codes that people have to solve to get into a chest that should be a hard puzzle meaning there should be good items in that chest. jsut an idea.

What you mean is this right? "The harder the chests are to get. The better the items inside it?"

Because all chests are randomly filled. The only thing you can do now is put multiple double chests in harder places for better rewards.
