whenever i want to chat, even when i want to vore for a map, it says "cannot send chat message". did i get chat banned or is it a glitch?

Did you maybe changed something in your chat options? Otherwise try /chat on command :)

Go to "Options...".
Then go to "Chat settings..."
Now change "Chat: Commands only" to "Chat: Shown" by just clicking on it.
