Hey everyone!
Today, I want to talk about the Community Focus Group. The CFG is an event that occurs every other Saturday on our Teamspeak (the thread can be found here: http://www.mcgamer.net/threads/community-focus-group.154058/). During these focus groups, we encourage everyone to voice their questions, concerns, or suggestions they have for the community.
This event has been very helpful for the staff team to gauge how pleased or unpleased the community is, however it is time to improve it! In most cases, focus groups in general are meant to gauge the effectiveness of a very specific thing, rather than just giving opinions on anything, so I would like to try having a specific topic for each CFG.
If you have a concern about something within the community, or believe there is a topic that needs to be discussed, simply reply to this thread explaining it. I will then take a look at all of the replies, and look for the most popular topics to use at the next session. Just remember, this is not a bash-fest. Any topic should be approached in a mature manner, and you cannot expect anything to come out of it. Though we want to please everyone, that is not always possible, and therefore not everything can be directly addressed.
