Can't Reach Server?

I have a fresh clean version of Minecraft from minecraft.net, Im current on version 1.4.5. I was trying to connect to [us21.mcsg.in] and I keep getting (can't reach server). My computer has the lasest javs,flash, etc my local firewall on my laptop has allowed all minecraft connections to go through. I do however have a U-Verse internet, so if there is something in that firewall I need to allow please let me know so I can log on and enjoy some Hunger Games! Thanks!!!

You need to be on 1.4.6 first.

Well no, most of the servers I was told by a administrator are yet to update over to the 1.4.6, but I did get around that updated anyways and now playing on some of the few that are updated.

You were told by MCSG staff to NOT update around 1.5 weeks ago. Afterwhich we got a notice that we could update.

Also, please read the "General Support" fourms, as there are many tutorials on how to resolve this issue.
