Can't join any server.

It's so that when i will like try to join a server i click join game and it says connection refused. That's normal and i do that until it says end of stream and when i refresh and join the server is full! So please help me i don't know how to connect now!

Join one of the later servers (us26-30) or donate yourself are the only known solutions.
