Can't find my stats?

So... Yesterday I was going to see how long my winstreak was. But when I searched for my name, it turns out that "The player you were looking for could not be found.".. I later found myself on the leaderboard and pressed my name there but it's still "The player you were looking for could not be found.". Why is it like this? Is it because I was permbanned some time ago? Or.. Please respond.

Something goes wrong if you have an _ in your name. The developers are aware of this and it will be fixed soon.

I doubt this would work, but if the _ is causing the problem, maybe don't put the _....? As I said, I doubt it would work, but it's worth a try.

Here's an alternate solution to your problem. Go to your profile page on the forums, click on "Information." Then, in the "About" section, click on "View My Statistics."

Not entirely sure if that will help, but it's the first thing that came to mind.
