Cant create forum acc.

So... today I bought new MC acc. and sure i need forum acc. too.
So when i "created" forum acc. i pressed "sign up" red warning box says : This username and email adress is alredy in use & i didnt complete the CAPTCHA verification properly ( But i did. )
So... than i created NEW Gmail for forum and i created slovenian email adress (with slovenian words ) and different username... But it was the same thing. So can somebody explain me this or some1 fix this... ?
