Cant connect to server

Hi guys I need help basically i can launch up minecraft play singleplayer fine but when i try and join a server this pops up (Image below) and when i go into my versions i keep getting these natives folders.



I deleted all my mods I use R3d craft pack i have fine internet connection, Very beefy computer

4 hard drive disks One with 565 gb one with 486 gb one with 99 gb and one with 119 gb.

I have minecraft.jar and launcher.jar and output server stuff

Any Ideas Thanks

Minecraft is down. Everyone is getting the same problem, so don't worry about it. It doesn't have anything to do with your computer or connection.
