Can't connect! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I can never connect to these servers. I have tried typing in the IP, copying and pasting them, I have changed my DNS and I still can't connect. Sometimes when I direct connect, it says unknown host. And when I try Add Server, it says it can't reach server. WHAT DO I DO?!?! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I think this is the issue.

Or maybe the server was restarting at that time

Nope, It would have said "Server is restarting" or "Cannot join while server is Restarting"

When I do Direct connect I get messages like Can't join during Reset/Deathmatch/EndGame/CleanUp
