HUB Can't buy diamond donor

When I try to buy diamond donor it says please enter your username to continue and I did then it just reloaded the page can someone please help?

I had the same problem when I was using mobile. If you are using a mobile device, try to use a desktop or laptop, and tell us if it worked.
