Can only drag items from a chest?

This is something that just happened to me in both single player and multiplayer MCSG...
When I'm drawing items from a chest, my shift button won't automatically put it into my inventory anymore, I now have to drag it to my inventory. What's the deal? This is very inconvenient, how do I fix it? Much thanks!

Mod confliction is a common cause.

All I have is optifine, and it was working prior to this with no problems...
