Camtasia Tips?

Hey guys , so I have been wanting to record my games for a LONG time (like 1 year or something) with camtasia (my favorite recording program) and not with bandicam cause it has trial for 30 seconds.
But whenever I try to record I get REALLY laggy. So does anyone have any tactics or tricks so I have less lag when recording with camtasia?

Yes , I know but fraps trial is only for 30 seconds and I need 30$ to buy it. I want tips for camtasia.

I do use camtasia for editing purposes but you'd have to have an amazing computer to use it for recording minecraft, that's why you should just purchase fraps. Believe me, it's worth it.
