Bug?

Don't know how to describe it, so here's a video;

I don't know how it happened, but it's really annoying.
Is anyone else having this problem? Do you know how to fix it?

You could try uninstalling your current version of optifine and installing the latest version.

Escape > Options > Video Settings > Chunk loading > if it's on multi-core then change it

^^ What they said, otherwise it will be your optifine or your resource pack. Try reinstalling optifine and playing with a different resource pack.

It couldn't be my resource pack, nor optifine. I've been using this resource pack for a while, without any problems. The same with optifine, why should it suddenly appear? Fixed the problem though

Haha no problem, it's worth the sacrifice of 3x chunk speed loading. You'll also notice it happens when you're near transparent blocks like glass or leaves when you're on multi core
