Bug in new update

[Hystericallify]

1) I don't know what happened, but I was winning the deathmatch, and I killed one guy and pushed him into a fire I created before deathmatch. One down, one more to go. What happens next is unbelievable. I couldn't hit the second guy, not even a single hit. Its not server lag, I said 'wait' and it came out instantly. I couldn't even shoot my bow, the animation is there but the arrow was not shot. (Happened twice today, I had full iron and a diamond sword in under 3 minutes but killed in deathmatch because of this) (Seem to happen only in deathmatch)
2) The tributes-coloured-blue is back.
3) Normal server joining is back (Instead of (0)ChadtheDJ, it can occasionally say only the normal server join message (ChadtheDJ has joined the server).
4) Anti-spam broken
